Innovation-Inspired YCMYP-2800 2+4+8 Quartz countertop Round Edge Polisher
YCMYP-2800 is a next-level quartz countertop round edge polisher designed by Yongtao. Unlike its counterparts, YCMYP-2800 is intended to be mainly used for polishing and R3 edge rounding on top & bottom surfaces. It blends professional processing, fast speed, and high precision. The machine has two round edge profile wheels in front, four R3 polishing heads at its top, and eight R3 polishing heads at its bottom part. These features of YCMYP-2800 allow you to easily polish R3 quartz edges on top & bottom surfaces at one go. It can also be connected to a flat edge polisher for improved production line performance when processing flat edges and R3 round ones at the same time. Owing to its operational simplicity and stability, the machine is perfectly suitable for any countertop processing factory.

1.The machine uses profile wheels to rough-polish materials at first, improve the polishing speed, and reduce the wear and tear of slices.
2.It features cylinder-driven double press roller strips to ensure slab stability on the conveyor belt.
3.The press roller is made from the PU material to ensure the high level of elasticity to hold a slab.
4.Each polishing head is controlled by a different cylinder for an improved polishing effect.
5.Each polishing head is equipped with a water pipe to remove impurities during the processing phase.
6.Each polishing head has a snail lock polishing pad and an easy-to-replace grinding slice.
7.All polishing heads of the machine are protected with a stainless steel cover to minimize any potential motor damages.
8.The control box uses an arm polishing system, which can be easily moved for operation.
