Its electroplated thickness grinding wheel design ensures uniform thickness and smoothness of the stone surface. Additionally, the right entry processing direction enhances operational convenience, aligning with practical site requirements.
User-Friendly Operation
The manual lifting and lowering adjustment structure of the leveling thickness correction grinding wheel simplifies the adjustment of grinding thickness. The machine is also equipped with an electric baffle adjustment feature, allowing for quick adjustments of the brick size to improve operational efficiency, making it suitable for various stone processing needs.
Multiple Polishing Head Design
The YSPU-100 utilizes eight polishing heads, with water grinding discs measuring 125mm in diameter. By selecting different grit sizes of water grinding discs, polishing effects can be enhanced. Moreover, the pneumatic chamfer polishing function parallels surface polishing, allowing for slight chamfering of the stone's 90-degree edges to ensure every detail is exquisitely perfect.
Efficient Operation and Maintenance
Each polishing head features a pneumatic lifting design, facilitating adjustment to the appropriate pressure for polishing. The independent control switch allows operators to monitor the machine's status at any time, enabling easy startup and shutdown.
