Product introduction
YTYP-1200/4+10 Bullnose Ceramic Tile Edge Polisher, this machine is a simple ceramic tile bullnose machine,which has two heads for squaring,two heads for 45 degree chamfer,and 10 heads for arc polishing. The press beam adopts pneumatic structure, which can easy to adjust pressure to the tiles during processing. The grinding motors adopt double deck water proof structure to ensure the good protection for the motors, the inner of spindle use labyrinth type water proof structure, and outside of mover covered with stainless cover. The max processing width of machine: 1200mm, processing speed: 3-6m/min. It can make ceramic skirting, ceramic stair step bullnose, and 45 degree edge chamfer, suit for small quantity of out put processing factory.
