YTYP-1200/7+14 Porcelain Tile Bullnose Machine is applied to the deep processing of ceramics, for example: edging, chamfering (30 degree,45 degree, 60 degree), bottom chamfering, grinding bullnose, polishing (bullnose, 45 degree edge), slotting (anti-skid slot, flat slot). It is a typical porcelain tile bullnose machine.
There are seven motors in the front of machine, include:one head of squaring, one head of groove, two head of 45 degree chamfer, one head of 60 degree chamfer,and two head of bottom chamfer. We can easily control the motor individual according to the function that you want. In the behind of the machine, there are 14 polishing heads, through different granularity of abrasive to grind and polish 90 degree arc edge for ceramic tiles.The operation is very simple and high productivity.
